Championing both the city of Perth and the wider region, these are the people influencing economic growth, planning strategy, driving forward change and masterminding innovation. All the while ensuring sustainable, long-term opportunities and prosperity for the generations to come.
Driven by the Perth City Leadership Forum, and supported by Perth and Kinross Council, the group plays a significant role in the ambition to make Perth one of Europe's most sustainable small cities.
This cross-sector, proactive group was originally developed to facilitate the roll out of the City Development Plan and the Perth Story. Since then, many of the individuals involved have strategically championed Perth at local, national, and international level, in significant and meaningful ways.
The network boasts an enviable collective of experience, knowledge and unrivalled connections from private enterprise, public sector, third-sector and trade organisations. By coming together as one united voice, Perth's Ambassadors have created a powerful platform that by its very nature is far greater than its individual parts.
Providing strong leadership, effecting real change, and attracting the inward investment that will drive Perth's ambitious goals to fruition, Perth Ambassadors plays a crucial role in shaping the future of a vibrant Perth & Kinross. With a £400M portfolio of game-changing investments now progressing at pace, we seek to expand on our original cohort of ambassadors and invite applications to join from senior businesspeople across Perth and the wider region.
