Having moved to Scotland in 2007 after a previous career in IT, I set up Summer Harvest Oils on my wife's family farm in Madderty. Using the same basic principles of taking crops we grow on the farm - add value to them within a zero waste environment I'm currently setting up Inchaffray Distillery.
Over the years I have look to bring business together to create a safe area for business's to exchange ideas, collaborate and grow together. I've chaired Pert Farmers' Market, been an ambassador for Tayside Circular Economy and helped set up the Perthshire Regional Food Group - Great Perthshire.
